1st month of the year.

 So far so good. We went to disney on Ice. That was alot of fun. I had a doctors appointment and got my glucophage refilled. I have PCOS, and take it for insulin resistance. Sweetpea got her progress report for the 1st month adn got 4 A'a and a B+. She is doing so well in school. She was also picked for a special after school program 1 day a week. Sunshine is learnign alot of new songs at preschool and loves to sing them to us at home. Honey has been working hard and he signed us up for a day of community service to help elderly neighbors with yard maintence. It should be a fun family activity that teaches the girls about the importance of giving and helping out.

 We have had desert rain this whole week. It was BEAUTIFUL. I really love this weather.

 Such a sad movie. It's truly horrible that this country has so many true stories just like it.

 Ever feel this way about your life ? Under construction ? I think it sums me up perfectly. Take me or leave me but I am a person who will make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. I want to be under construction forever. I hope to always get better and better with age and wisdom.

Romantic bedroom week BEGINS !!

My idea of a romantic bedroom starts with a nice cozy bed. Somewhere to relax and feel sexy in.

I am redoing the girls play room a little at a time.

I really wanted some mismatch chairs for the girls playroom and think these are just darling !

Radio contest.

 I won a radio contest today.  A $50 gift card to a local restraunt !! I was caller number 29.
On new years day we bought breakfast for the older gentleman sitting at the table next to us. It just felt nice to do something nice for someone else. I told honey as we buckled the girls into the car, it would bring us good luck this whole year. lol.. he laughed and said I hope so.
 I also qualified for a trip for 2 to San Diego. I'll let you know how that goes. Wish me luck !!
